The cost of getting your customised database up and running depends on how extensive you want the system to be. There are two main elements of the cost:
Building the Database (Rocket Growth): Depending on your requirements, this generally starts at £500 + VAT. The final price will be determined based on your specific needs, which will be discussed with you prior to providing a quotation.
Additions & Alterations (Rocket Growth): Once you start using the system, you will start seeing the benefits and identifying additional features that can enhance efficiency. We offer a fixed fee for additional items or can undertake work on an hourly rate basis (currently £35 per hour + VAT).
Cloud-Based Hosting (ZOHO Creator): Your database will be built and hosted using ZOHO Creator. ZOHO Creator currently charges £20 per user per month. However, multiple staff members can use the same login, which can be beneficial for roles such as admin staff, site staff, and directors.
Free Consultation / Discussion: We discuss your database requirements and how you want to get started. This might include managing a customer list and sending quotes.
Formal Quote: We provide a formal quotation to build your database based on the initial discussion. We also offer ongoing hourly rates or fixed prices for future feature updates.
Your System Is Built: Our technicians begin working on your database, typically completing the first draft within 7 working days from the order.
Refinements: Following the draft, you may require amendments or changes based on your experience using the system. These adjustments are free of charge for the first month.

This enables us to see who our most valuable clients are, which clients owe money, customer lifetime value, and more. Having an organised record of our clients simplifies quoting, invoicing, and job management.
Invoicing: Managing invoices is vital for healthy cash flow. Our system generates and sends PDF invoices at the push of a button. If an invoice is overdue, automated email reminders are sent (customised to appear as personalised emails). This automation frees up a significant amount of administrative time.
Sending Quotes: Our database system allows us to send automated quotes with customised emails and PDF quote documents. The system calculates costs, sends automatic follow-up emails, and manages the quote acceptance process. We track quotes needing completion, lost and won quotes, and analyse our quoting success.
Website Forms: We have integrated our database into our website contact form. When someone fills out the contact form, we are notified via automatic email, and the information is recorded directly in our database. This allows us to address enquiries immediately without trawling through emails.
Calendars / Timesheets / Expenses: We keep our staff organised with an inbuilt calendar that automatically sends email and text message reminders. Our calendar links to other parts of our database, such as the projects area. We also utilise a timesheet and expenses element to track staff hours worked and expenses, helping us charge clients accurately.
